Was originally contacted through a recruiter, who took care of setting up the interviews. Had a very pleasant phone interview with one of the department heads, who was very nice and knowledgeable. Had a 3.5 hour on site interview with 6 people, 4 were technical, 1 was from HR, and the other was the department head from the phone interview. Some of the technical interviewers had you sooner problems on a white board. Everyone seemed really nice, smart, and appeared to genuinely love their job and coworkers. Room for improvement: It probably would have been shorter had the technical interviewers met with me all at once, or met amongst themselves beforehand so that I wasn't asked duplicate questions 4 times.
