Standard phone interview where they asked about my background and many questions about my sales history and current sales role. They didn't ask me any questions about the company, only about me.

Recruiter reached out a week after submitting my resume. Call with recruiter went well, claimed they were pushing my resume on the next round and that i'd hear more within 2-3 days. From there, radio silence for over a week and I had to reach out to the recruiter to hear that they weren't moving forward.

Several interviews-- and a presentation. Felt a bit like a mens club and withdrew after several interviews. The Zoom boom is over. I get the feeling that the put a lot of pressure on their employees when the job market is simply changed from covid times.
