Entretien
I submitted an application via their site and was contacted by a recruiter ~3 weeks later. From there, I met with a HM (30 min) and then moved forward to an app critique with another HM (30 min). The virtual design presentation then followed (45 min, mine had 2 design manager/director and a product designer), each stage taking about a week apart.
I was actively interviewing with other companies, so while my Zoom recruiter was very good at moving things along week to week, giving me resources and material to prep for the next stages, with holidays and vacations, I couldn't make the timelines work to fully consider the offer.
Only small bit of feedback would have been to have an additional 15 min for the app critique and design presentations, to add buffer for questions/discussion, but otherwise, it was a very positive experience!
Really nice chat with the first stage interviewer. She seemed genuinely interested. Typical questions around design process were asked. Was told they would follow up within 24hours but was waiting a week or so. Otherwise fine

Great. Very guided and transparent. Clear communication throughout process and identification of role responsibilities. Open to various questions about company culture and day to day task. Not stressful environment, felt very at ease.

Communication was slow and I had to message them several times to follow up because they left me hanging. Interviewers seemed stress, rude from the start, and didn’t take a genuine interest in me. Probably one of the most insulting interview experiences I’ve ever been through, which is shocking for such an established company. Of course it depends on the department you interview with, but their design org seems to have an unprofessional and cutthroat culture. I would not recommend anyone apply here unless they were desperate.
