J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez ZoomInfo (Boston, MA) en mai 2024

It was an initial zoom screening that I did out of courtesy despite having another offer I was plannng on accepting. I asked the guy 'what would succeeding in this role look like' and he literally laughed in my face. It kinda threw me off. So I asked another question, 'is there a possibility to switch between the different analytics branches. He laughed AGAIN and said no?

- Initial phone screening, personality test, hiring manager interview, excel test where you analyze sales data and create a dashboard , then final round with hiring manager and VP. Fast turn around within each step. Final round has a case interview without being notified of it beforehand.

My brief interviewing experience with ZoomInfo was particularly disappointing. I felt well-qualified for the role, but I didn't get the chance to demonstrate my experience/skills/personality based off of the questions that were asked during the interview. The recruiter was polite but very dry/robotic, and it felt like he wasn't particularly interested in getting to know me. I was caught off-guard when the interview ended abruptly after 12 minutes or so (we had a 30 minute block scheduled for it). A couple days later I got a rejection email, on a Saturday, with no reason as to why I wasn't selected to move forward. I just felt confused and deflated after this - I was so excited about this role/company.
