Entretien
I was contacted via phone in response to my application and we set an interview for the next week. Interview was supposed to be with two ladies from HR, but only ended up meeting with one due to timing. The whole interview lasted about 30 minutes and started with a brief presentation about how the company works and what my role would be. I was given time to ask several questions about the role and company.

It has 3 to 4 rounds
The first round is the assessment test and once you clear the test you will be interviewed by the team leads and then once you clear the second round you will be interviewed by the Manager of the research analyst team and once you clear the manager round, you will face the HR round

Entretien
Phone screening, phone interview, Zoom interview with hiring manager. Straightforward. More of a personality-fit type interview than a technical one; they're looking for persistent and positive folks that have some computer skills.

It was very confusing and intimidating having what I thought was my interview with two ladies and then being told to sit there and wait to be interviewed by a manager from the department I applied for.
