I was a candidate for a front end development position.
After about 4 steps of the process they told me that I'm not going to be a developer, I'll be professional services engineer and they didn't described the job description correctly.
I went through about 6-7 stages (just for a junior position that isn't even a development position).
I really think I've done everything correctly, passed all the tests and interviews.
The whole process took about 2 months (!!!).
I tried several times to get status (where do I go next) and they just told me that they cannot tell me (why?)
Almost each interview was canceled and scheduled for a different date.
After the whole process they told me that they are moving forward with other candidates (like, why?)
Through the whole process they gave me the feeling that they are such an exclusive company by being snobbish.

1.First I had a phone interview with the HR , she mostly asked about my background and skills , at the end of the interview I was ask to speak English , to make sure I am able to work with English speaking clients.
2.The second interview was with the Team leader , I was asked to write a few basic code lines.
3. Home Assignment - Building a simple React App .
4.This step was at the office where I was taking a short test about the orgnization system.
5. The final Interview was about 30-40 minutes with the manager.
The procces was very quick an I had a very good experience thanks to the amazing people in this organization.

Some simple Javascript programming and another React App assignment .
First he recruiter had called, checking my understanding in English, secondly the team leader had called and check basic knowledge in javascript, then an interview in the company offices that demonstrated a call from a customer.
