I applied online before answering an email with some key questions, then I had an interview with the GM, followed by a take home assignment and a final interview. The whole process was well communicated and punctual given the high volume of applicants.

Interesting case study but exercise was more time-consuming than expressed in the e-mail (said 2-3 hours but to get a realistic answer, using just half of the data provided would take at least double that).
