Met with Assistant Manager, then with the General Manager. Took about 2 weeks for the whole process. Did a little bit of salary negotiation with the Area manager and accepted the offer

Quick and to the point. Walked in looking for a job and walked out with an offer. Came in for training which was my manager watching me on the register and taking orders.
