It was one of the most unorganized unsystematic interview attended by me. They sent 2 recruiters for 500 people in a campus interview.For the same position they considered B.E, B.Com, MBA/PGDM. How can they consider all of them at par with each other ? Group Discussion round was one of the most illogical rounds where the recruiter kept himself busy at phone. Students are not your slaves and they expect some basic courtesy from you. Dont ever join this organization as they will keep as slaves till 18 months( Bond). Think before u apply at zycus.

The case study round was very boring and common topic was asked to every group evaluator was also very rude and bluntly said that she didn't find anyone upto the mark.

3 rounds were there the very first round was basic GD later on a case was given and a discussion was done keeping in mind the solutions, they gave everyone a chance to speak throughout

Applied through college for pool campus interview for Mumbai recruitment. Approx 5+ colleges were there. Selection basis of 1st round was not obvious as they said they will focus on communication and confidence and mostly students who could barely speak were selected.
