Applied online and got an email from the HR for an initial screening interview a few weeks later. The interview was quite detailed interms of asking about my specific experience however the person did seem scrambled and to most of my qs responded with 'sorry I cant remember off the top of my head'. Seemed strange. I was called for the second interview via Zoom with the team this role was with and boy o boy! I genuinely felt like it would have been a horrible fit. I found the managers to be quite rude, cutting me short while answering their qs and then visibly getting upset that I didnt say much. Not to mention there was no time for an introduction. In terms of the questions it was all textbook knowledge - like sitting in an exam all over again rather than scientific application qs. Barely got through 30 mins and already felt like the environment was not suitable for a FTJ- at least for me.

Did 2 interviews with HR. Never got a reply after being told I was being put forward for an interview. Followed up with HR but was told that they were still waiting to here back from hiring managers (even after 3 months.)Waste of time. Won’t apply for any roles in this company in the future. Must say though that everyone I dealt with in HR were friendly.
