Very casual, quick and too the point. Helpful in answering my questions and concerns in relation to the position I was aiming for.
Otherwise, would interview again if the opportunity arises.

Question 1
Ability to work under pressure during crunch time.
The interview was supposed to be 4 rounds with 1 test but it ended midway with no reply/update whatsoever. The first round was 1 hour long with an assignment followed by another interview. The remaining 2 rounds never happened. The first 2 rounds themselves took more than a month to process.

I have applied through LinkedIn and got a call from HR . He asked me to do a test whick took me 4 days (30 hours ) to finish the artwork.I have done the test very well. But after submitting the artwork test i have not received any call or feedback from HR. Very unprofessional way to conduct a job hiring process.

An art test was given to do, and 3 days allotted. I was overseas at the time and communicated via phone only. I sent it for reviews every now and then for feedback. They liked it and called me back to say I've been selected.
