Applied for the job posted on website. Got an email back with in a day saying they like what they saw in my resume and that if i wanted to continue the process I would need to reply back to the email willing to take an IQ/Intelligence Test within the next 5 days. It took the person 4 days to get back to me with the information on how to take the test. I took 3 hours off work to go home and log in to take the 2 hour test. The test consisted of 8 parts from what comes next in a squinece of letters to difficult math questions. I get they want the best people but the test really made me not feel good about the company. I finished the test in around 2 hours. Two days later get an email saying thanks for your time but due to your response we are looking at other canidates.
