Do you want to waste your time? You're in the right place.
HR gets in touch with me and we set a call for a first screening. So far, nothing wrong: usual get-to-know each other process, and the promise to hear from her in a week.
Two weeks pass. I try to reach out to her and she's out of office. After three weeks she gets back to me saying the position has been filled, but she says she would like to offer me a Customer Management position.
I reply to her and say that's a pity, but I would like to know more about it; again out of office.
After one week she replies and adds a colleague in the CC to schedule a second interview with me.
The colleague gets in touch after two weeks to schedule - drums roll - a 3-hours long interview in a week, about which I absolutely know nothing.
I go into this interview, where I speak with three future colleagues in a row and they literally show me everything about their - very old fashioned - CRM system. However, when I try and ask them what was it all about, what was I supposed to do/say next, or when I was going to hear from them, nobody knows anything. Shout out to the third interviewer though, who opened up the conversation with "I'm so happy to be in this company and I'm going to show you why I never want to leave": that was a huge red flag, but I wish you're still happy anyways.
So after I wasted three hours of my life without a clue, i try to reach the HR again after a week, who's again out of office.
After a week, I receive an automated mail saying they chose another candidate etc. etc.
End of the story.
