Entretien
The whole process o interview was divided into 3 stages:
1. The HR interview analyzing my soft skills, personality, motivation in work, my energy & enthusiasm and off course my eligibility with respect to Kingdom's rules for hiring employees.
2. The technical Interview which comprised of questions related to my subject and henceforth the overview of the ongoing project and it's problems on which I will be deployed upon selection.
3. The last phase of interview included the negotiation of salary for kick-off.

Question 1
All questions were easy enough to be answered, with an exception of one:
"If the technical manager of the project is replace by you, will you be able to handle the project all by yourself...?"

Entretien
first I had a HR interview, when I passed that interview, then I got another technical interview with some of alfanar electric managers. it was my direct manager and also the factory manager
