Work history- Had worked for a string of companies that had either went bankrupt, were recovering or were in volatile business sectors. Osram makes a big effort towards long-term retention.
first the manager of the group which had the position introduced the company, then his group. then he went through my cv and asked for some details. then technical questions came from an engineer. then they asked me to give an overview about my thesis.

Applied on Monday got an interview invitation on Friday. that was jus a week and I thought about more positive response from the company. I had one HR interview phone call and become a ghost for 2 months and still waiting for a reply. Not good experience.

Entretien
When applied on-line, and wait for couple days, I received a phone interview from HR department. After the phone interview, the hiring manager called me and also followed by an on-site interview. Then wait for around 15 days, I was notified by the HR person that I have received the offer.
