The process began with a phone interview with the Head of Human Resources, which went well. Shortly afterward, I was invited to schedule a video interview with the CMO. The conversation with the CMO was positive and I was told they would like to move forward with an in-person meeting the following week. However, after that conversation I did not receive any further communication. I followed up with the HR contact but did not receive a response. The interview conversations themselves were professional and engaging, but the lack of follow-up after indicating a next step was disappointing.
