Unprofessionalism at its finest. I received an interview invitation, which got cancelled moments before the interview due to a system glitch. They informed that I will receive a new invitation "shortly". Several hours passed by. I emailed them informing that I've not received any link, and, I asked them whether my application is still under consideration, and still no answer. Five hours later, I sent an email asking to revoke my application. As a result, they answered my email explaining why it took them so long to answer, and that they still want to interview me.
Fast forward, I got interviewed and later rejected for 1) not having enough experience, and 2) for my communication, where they gave an utterly vague feedback implying that my communication is defective (which is utterly rude, and discriminatory, typical of a German company).
The interviewer asked various questions which were vague enough that I had to ask to either clarify, and provide more context. As well, I could see that the interviewer lacked experience and made it obvious that they were reading a script.
The amusing part is that despite my lack of experience, they still praised me for my overwhelming experience in various areas, my accomplishments, and best of all, they still wanted to interview me. If I lacked experience, why was I interviewed? Classical euro systemic discrimination at its best bundled with unprofessionalism.
