The interview at Auticon isn't much of an interview, rather as it is a series of informal chats. You first talk to someone from their HR, which like most companies, is just to talk about the company, salary expectations, and the like. The second thing you do is a technical program with a 2 hour time limit, in as many languages as you feel you want to be considered for, in my case it was Python, SQL, and C#. The second person you talk to is a Technical Delivery Manager who will review with you your code, what mistakes or interesting ideas you made, and talk more technically about what you want from a job. They then have you fill out a Job questionnaire asking a series of personal questions about how best you work, what accomodations you might need, what autistic triggers you have, etc. The third person you talk to, and most interesting thing about this company, is a Job Coach. Before the call, they review the questionnaire you filled out, and go into detail about how the company could help you with accomodations to both the things you list, and the things you may not have thought of. After that, if you are a good fit for the company, they will express their interest to hire you, but you will not be given an offer of employment right away. You will be put on a 'ready to work' list, and when you match with a project, Auticon will assist with getting you hired by their client. You may have a meeting with the client, or may not, it varies client to client. Once the project is deemed to be a good match, then Auticon will provide you with a job offer. You will be on Auticon's payroll for the duration of the project, and will have the Job Coach and Delivery Manager backing you up from Auticon's side. Most projects are long term, but if your project ends, you will stay on Auticon's payroll until you are matched with another project, doing internal projects or training.
