The interview process was professional and well-organized. I had two interviews, both focused on technical accounting knowledge and leadership skills. The interviewers were friendly, clear, and respectful, asking mostly competency-based questions about process improvement and stakeholder management. Communication was timely, and overall it was a very positive and fair experience.
