Entretien
A three personal panel started with competency based questions (around 1 hour) revolving around BP's 5 core values. Fairly straightforward questions giving you the chance to demonstrate a variety of attributes required for the job. I was then given 10 minutes to prepare a presentation on the values I could bring the BP in the short and long term. I then gave a 5 minute presentation to the panel and welcomed questions.
