1) Very long online application form. You do not need to upload your CV. It takes more than norma application forms
2) Online numerical and verbal reasonining test. They should not be an issue.
3) Competency based phone interview

Tell us of a time you had to deal with a complicated relationship
Technical interview revolved around answering engine specific questions, and had to also describe specific graphs. Also needed to conduct calculations that were relatively simple, although needed to talk through the answers.

The interview consists of 2 stages: HireVue Interview and Technical Interview with engineers. The HireVue interview questions were in a text format with a 2-3 min preparation time. In the technical interview, engineers asked questions about the strategies of the company, the scope that I've applied for,
