Hirevue with 6-8 questions on behavioral and company/candidate values and then a group interview. The group interview is divided into two parts. First part you are asked technical questions with someone already working at bp. Second part you are placed in a group with other candidates and you do a case study, while being observed by people already working at bp.

Why did you choose the field you are applying for, give examples of how your values adhere with theirs.
First it was a 5 question hireview then there was a 2 hour case going over mental math, market knowledge and hypothetical scenarios. Overall it was really easy and simple.
first round is a hireview and the second round is a technical interview. the hireview has 5 standard behavioral questions, while the technical a way for them to see how you think.

fine, just take your time. the virtual interview was pretty straightforward and had a timer for every question along with some extra time to prepare. It was mainly behavioural questions and asking theoretical situations and experiences from past jobs.
