applied online and received mail after 2 days. the interview is a video interview in hirevue. total 3 questions. 1)what appeals to you about this role at BP? 2)Tell us something you have personally putYou in place to help build a strong team. 3)You have got a new team member who is on board for the last month. They have got good customer service but you are noticing they are not up-selling or offering promotions to customers. how do you address this issue.

It was okay, just try your best and hope for the best! be positive and let your true self shine, you will do okay! It was an okay experience, I did not stress and just trusted the process.

It was a very calm relaxed interview , although I did have to sit through 2 of them and it consisted of behavioural based questions such as tell me about a time when you have had to show leadership etc
