Entretien
First interview was a Hirevue interview, 7 questions , all of which were behavioural like identify a time when you had to complete a complex task, talk about a time when your ethics guided your actions, what interests you about a career at bp etc.
Pros;
- i was able to do it virtually
- the interviewer had interest in my responses and provided a calm and not stressful environment
Cons:
- heard positive feedback, but didn't follow up

Entretien
an interview covering me, the company, things I like, things they wamt, who I am, who they are, what's going on. how could this happen to me, I've made my mistakes, got nowhere to run, but life goes on as I'm fading away.
It was a 5 stage interview process.
Following online application, One Online test, value based interview, technical interview specific to discipline applied for,and assessment centre in person. Overall took about four to five months.
