Nothing special, quick one round interview. English spoken parts, bare minimum experience and expectation from interns. Managers included in the interview, in person meeting. About an hour long and brief one.
5 competency-based questions. Why bp? Why this role? Describe a time when your ethics are challenged and how you deal with conflicts. Each question lasted for 3 mins, and you'll have 1 minute for preparation,

Describe a time you had to lead a team and there was a conflict of interest.
Very kind and friendly interviewers, relevant questions but lack of time in terms of answering the questions, Talking about engineering in other branches the condition could be different. Overall, one of the best interview experiences.
