First round was filling on online form. In this there were several questions on customer service and safety. Once that is cleared then you are called for an on site interview. This interview is taken by the would be manager and the area manager. Once this is cleared you get a call from HR with the offer and joining dates etc.

Pretty straightforward, however, it was disgusting to find that the organization would ghost you after giving positive feedback along with verbal confirmation. Should have a professional approach towards hiring, cannot just ghost applicants.

(The interviewer had a questionnaire which felt like yes/no questions, was not a real interview. There was no conversation as the interviewer was writing down everything I said and I had to speak at a pace to ensure she could write everything)

inviting and ran smoothly, conversation type of interview, no pressure. any questions i had could be answered straight away and seemed like a lovely environment to work in as i walked through the shop

I got the job just before turning 18, i would say the main advice is display and have experiences for traits that are desirable for an employer. e.g. Hard working, Self-motivated
