Three stage interview (first and last with hiring manager), second interview with panel of three more members of staff including Human Resources. Interviews were a mixture of London and local office

It was horrible experience. The recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn. She said I'm best suited for the role. She asked my resume and passed onto CTO. She said CTO was very much impressed with the resume. Later Interview call was scheduled with offshore vendor consultant who does not have basic managerial/technical skills. After that, did not hear anything from her. I think it is a basic courtesy to respond to the candidate with the interview outcome. Note that It was not me who contacted the company, it was the company recruiter that contacted me.
