I went into a couple of interviews, in the first stage with management, where a general vision of the company was offered and a second one with techs where different technical questions were made, not difficult but wide enough to get a good overview of your knowledge. No development t asks were required.

Entretien
First I got an interview with the HR representative. Then got a technical video call interview.
The interviewers were not friendly. Instead of getting to know your skills and your knowledge, they mostly make tricky questions trying to catch you in every corner.
The worst experience I ever had in a interview.
Since I went well in mostly interviews I had with other companies in the same period, and got a few job offers, needless to say the problem is with this company and their interviewers, not me.
