Entretien
First I spoke with one of DrChrono engineering leaders and a member of their People Ops Team (45 minutes).
On the second call, I spoke with a member from DrChrono Engineering Team to have a Behavioural and Team Fit Interview (30 minutes) followed up with a Live Code Pair session (1 hour).
And the final call was with the DrChrono Hiring Manager (30 minutes).

What is a good manager for you? What do tests mean to you?
Very unprofessional experience. A recruiter screen with a recruiter who asked questions irrelevant to the job description, and a manager interview with a manager who was eating and literally reading my resume to me (it was obvious they didn’t prep)

Entretien
I had a video call with an HR in Dec 2020. Asked a few simple questions about the tech stack and experience. By the end of the call she told me that she is moving forward with me in the next round and let me know about the dates. I didn't hear anything from her for 2 weeks, so I sent her a follow-up email. She told me that they are still deciding about the number of open positions. After that, till now I haven't heard anything from her.
So unprofessional!
