I applied for the PM role, an interview happened for the PM role, but after many follow-ups, they sent the rejection mail for some other Analytics role, which I haven't not even applied for

still in interview phase, was told 5 rounds (Product Sense, Case Study, Stakeholder, Engineering Manager, VP/Director). I will add another interview update review but still in the phase right now
the forst interview with hiring manager and recruiters were all fine. when it got to the EM it was hard. he was asking technical questions that PMs never have to answer. would have been nice to get a heads up from recruiter because I asked twice what type of interview it would be.
