I was interviewed for the outbound process. Way too easy. 1. HR Round 2. Voice & Accent Round
3. Written 4. Manager Round. They just check your communication skills.
But the process took the entire day. I got free at 9pm. The interview process can be more organised. I saw people cheating in the written round. The HR can do much better.

Jr financial analyst
It takes full day and has 3 rounds
1) HR round...... ( Basic questions on investment banking, trade operations,trade support)
2) Aptitude test round....
3) Operation round.........
Smooth and fast process within 1-2 days. Reached in morning and gave assessment test and after that you will be shortlisted for face to face interview. After completing this you will be given offer letter on the same day to join this company.

Entretien
The interview was quite well at each level. I i will not say easy or tough but that was quite well. Because interviewers was not the boss during the process. Interview was not totally technical or job oriented but also about the personal experience character interest dedication dream
