for an entry-level job in the finance field, the interview process was far too sluggish, they asked us to speak in English for 5 mins, and during the whole interview process I was asked only 1 question related to the field.. others were only about my family, conditions, etc.

it was a campus placement drive,
they have a online assessment which have maths reasoning english questions, followed by a Group discussion and then by a Personal Interview.

i have Not attended Personal Interview but a few of my friends attended Personal Interview, they said question were not that tricky and easy.
