First short interview by HR. After clearing the first round of HR interview they will give you a pen and paper where you have to write essay on the particular topic after that they will check your typing speed Once you clear this then there will be final interview with the manager. Once you clear the final round you get the confirmation on the spot.

It was easy they asked basic excel questions, crm tool, Salesforce questions, and you background why you want join this company , are you ok with night shift , you need good at communication
