Entretien
The Interview process complete round of the candidates technical proficiency. The interview started with basic knowledge and analytical test of the technology and language throw multiple choice question, followed by hands on coding test of some problems. On passing the two tests, a separate on paper test was conducted to solve some real life scenario design problems where candidates needs to write pseudo codes to solve them. After submission an one to one discussion is conducted with interviewer about the solutions and approach of the on paper problems. On successful passing of the interview, a separate managerial and HR round is conducted to conclude the interview process.

They first scheduled the English round (to get C1 level), then the aptitude round, followed by the technical round. I cleared every round, but their interview process was very tough. It felt like they thought we were robots, not humans — they expected us to know every programming language.
