The first process was online aptitude test which was pretty hard. Solved probably 7 or 8 out of 18 questions. Non reattempt able (skip or answer ) and first few questions are hardest to make you waste time and test time management. Similar test during offline. I was the only one selected for next round which was supposed to be group activity. Build the tallest tower possible using 4 A4 sheets. This tests your creative out of the box thinking. Allow you to rebuild to check iterative improvements. Last was interview. Just test your aptitude and creative thinking skills. Asked me questions about my personality and physics and biology questions since I had liked that in 12th grade. Bumped my CTC up from 6LPA to 8LPA and created new role for me but also increased bond value from 1 year to 2 years. Reading the offer letter, less than half was in hand. So CTC is kind of scam. Also, they keep your certificates for the "bond period" which was a turn off for me as it was illegal.

Initially a PPT was given about the company. Then we were asked to speak about three topics. Then 2 written tests were conducted. After clearing the written i was asked to attend the final interview. It was a stress interview. The interviewer grilled me on various topics and my personal experiences.
