First round interview with HR. I asked a few questions and was asked a few technical questions. There was an interview with a lead developer where I was asked the same technical questions as HR. There's a generic coding assignment that has nothing to do with their company that is timed. Ghosted after all of the time spent.

I applied online and was contacted by HR.
They started salary negotiation from the first HR call, that was surprising. I realized they underpay compared to other interview call I was getting.
The interview is of 3 rounds: 1st call with team lead, basic OO questions. 2nd call with a software dev, basic C#, .NET, JavaScript questions.
Then I was never contacted by HR. After 2 weeks I contacted the HR and he just wrote that they didn't select you.
Overall the way they handle candidate interviews and their salary range is not acceptable.
