Entretien
The interview process was unique and quick. First interview is with the recruiter over the phone and after with the manager. The 2nd interview was conducted in their virtual 3D environment where all the realtors and other staff are. To make it easier to understand, you can think about it like an online game where you make your character and are able to roam around the "world".

Phone screen was just getting to know you and your background from your resume.
2nd was some technical and just more getting to know you. This interview was in their virtual software. They send you the link to download and create/activate your temporary profile to be able to log in and create a character and explore to find where you'll meet the manager at.
