Nice Interview Experience, Interviewers were knowledgeable and respectful. I was told the company is about 300 staff, made up of mainly Japanese nationals, with 30% making up international staff. Interview was in English, but Japanese skill was also one of the interview questions, though no questions were asked in Japanese.

Back when I was still a university student, I had a phone interview with an HR representative that left a really negative impression. He was unexpectedly rude and dismissive throughout the conversation, cutting me off multiple times and making condescending remarks about my lack of experience. It was one of my first interview experiences, and instead of offering guidance or support, he made me feel small and unworthy. I remember feeling really disheartened after the call, questioning whether I was even cut out for the field I was pursuing. It was a tough but eye-opening experience.
