There was a three-stage interview process. First, I had a short interview with two women from the People & Organisation department about my general motivation and CV. In the next interview I met the team lead and had to answer some technical questions. The last interview consisted of cultural fit questions and some job-related questions. In this interview I also had to present a case study and met the VP of the department.
