Bizarre company, they rejected me at the screening because they "wanted to pursue another candidate". That would make sense at the final stage, not even before we have the opportunity to talk. In a world (and a country, Germany) in constant recession, companies like this think they are entitled to be picky because they'll always get people coming at them. That's wrong, and demeaning. Stay away.
