the interview was average. they wanted to know if you're interested and willing to learn programming language mainly. there were a lot of questions in the form to fill.
the psychometric test was also there.
I was interviewed for BA role and offered on spot but I was rejected as I asked for the terms and conditions for a 3 year contract and took an hour to think.

The interview was very casual. They asked general questions and about past experience. It was mostly done to see if we can communicate well. The interview was taken by senior members.
