My interview was a phone call a few years ago. The process lasted about thirty minutes. I talked to very nice recruiters. They were quite knowledgeable, but as expected push the company a little too much.

2 part process 1 was with recruiter second was with one of the chief pilots it was fairly in formal get to know you and your customer service skills.
second interview was a couple technical questions, then a brief a departure and then an approach.

Applied online through LinkedIn. Received invitation for Teams interview with recruiter about a week later. Simple questions about my history and why I would like to work here, etc. At the conclusion of this screening I was scheduled for a technical interview with the chief pilot.
