Very warm and welcoming, didn't feel stressed out and felt like a getting to know each other. They were very efficient with the hiring and interview process and had good communication with me.

Very Easy and Laid Back! Must show you are a people person! They will ask you to pick out an outfit for a special event! This was a very friendly enviroment!

Entretien
The district manager barely asked me anything about my experience, history, interests, why I was interviewing. It was the most insignificant interview and waste of time for me. I met her at a Starbucks, which is so unprofessional, in my point of view. It's distracting, it's loud and not an environment to get to know about the person that took time out of their day to meet with you!! Tacky! My distinct feeling was that I did not fit the physical mold she was looking for. If they want a certain size/look/age, they should ask for it...oh, wait a minute, that would be discrimination. She had a very THIN veil regarding her disinterest in me. Show some class. In CA, it is very important to give each person the SAME interview. You are showing prejudice in your methodology of interviewing.
