Laid back, friendly, asked about my retail experience and availability. They wanted to get to know me more and what kind of person I was like. Not intimidating, welcoming and in a nice environment.

Way too easy. Put together a few outfits and then they called me with an offer before I even walked out of the mall. Glad it was easy, but makes sense based on how the store was managed.

It was very relaxed. She Asked about previous experience and school. Asked about customer service. Make sure to ask questions about the job as well.

It was a simple one-on-one with the manager, then I had to put together an outfit for a specific occasion provided by the manager, and the final step was a phone interview with the district manager.
