2 online meetings then one in person interview with the heads of sales.
I had to create a presentation for this meeting and could show off my skills. The presentation lasted about 20 minutes and included prospecting selling and offer writing
The type of questions asked were completely off the mark, the interview gave me the impression of being more of a formal thing than really intended to understand who they had in front of them. I got the impression that they just needed chickens to squeeze into making 1,000 outbound calls a day and then send them home once they burnout.
