They took 3 interview rounds, Two technical and one HR. After all of the process they said you are selected and started discussion on salary. There the important thing to notice they have no developers of python and said we want developers who can work in PHP, wordpress but ya if anyhow project comes in python we will give that to you. In the salary discussion they said you are selected but we cannot give as much you expected. Now the thing to notice, If company cannot provide as per the expectation then whats the need to call to employee and waste the precious time.
