Applied online, got a call from a recruiter to talk about some of my experience and see if it aligns with what the team is looking for. If so, schedule sometime to talk to the hiring manager on the phone. If you pass that - come on-site for a 4 hour interview to talk with multiple people on the team/other teams. Half of the interviews are technical and the other half are personality/cultural fit. Everyone was nice throughout the process and there were no egos to be found (one of the cultural tenants iCims preaches). I talked with engineers/hiring manager/director. The office was very nice and modern and seemed like a good place to work with plenty of free snacks, coffee, etc. They really do stress on their cultural ideals they follow, so if you don't fit in, you are most likely not going to get the role. Got called a few days later saying I was not selected for the role. But, as a whole it was a good experience.
