Had a scheduled interview with a recruiter for the top of the hour. Did not receive a call by 10 after and I sent the recruiter an email asking if today was still a good time to connect. She did not connect with me until 25 minutes after the hour. She told me we had 10 minutes to connect and that she could call me back later in the afternoon. I felt very rushed and didn't feel as I had her full attention as she made comments about saying she had to go pick-up her kids. She called back later in the afternoon and we chatted for another 15 minutes. She didn't even tell me about the role or expectations. I can say this was probably one of the worst interview experiences I have ever had. If she knew she was tight on time she should have rescheduled to allow for an uninterrupted time block where I would have her full attention. I feel the process was not set-up fairly and would be really hesitant to interview with iCIMS again. Not the great first impression of the company!
