The interview process started with a fairly easy online coding challenge that took about 20 min to complete. Approximately a week later I was contacted by HR to set up a technical interview with two lead devs. The interview lasted about 45 min. The first 15 min was spent with the interviewers asking me about my general programming background followed by a 30 min live coding challenge. The problem was fairly difficult and I was unable to complete the task in that time, however, it was emphasized to me that they were less interested in whether I could complete it and more interested in my approach to solving the problem. A few days later I was contacted about a second interview. The second interview was more of a meet and greet with more senior leads to determine whether I would be a good fit for the company personality-wise and only lasted about 15 min. Third interview was with the technical director and again was more of a meet and greet. This lasted about 45 min and during the meeting was asked about my salary preference, etc. This was the first time salary came up. Also, during this meeting I was told to expect an offer, which came a few days later. Altogether, the interview process was a very positive experience.
