Come prepared to present a lesson plan you agree to after phone interview over the phone.

What is something negative about the organization you work for and what would you do to change it.
Very experienced based and inter-personal questions.
Multiple Rounds (at least three) with one that is a demo lesson. the first is a more informal Zoom call with supervisor. Final being with Executive Director. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable.

The interview experience was quick and efficient. The staff were very nice. They were flexible and thoughtful throughout the entire process. I really appreciated how smoothly everything went. It was almost too fast to be true.

We had a lovely conversation. She was very nice and friendly. Our conversation was very casual from the beginning. I had no problem sharing my thoughts or adding on to her thoughts, vice versa.
